 | Intensive therapy is an individualized three-week session consisting of physical therapy three hours a day, five days a week. This intensity allows the child to strengthen the muscles they need to increase function faster than traditional therapy. A licensed physical therapist certified in the Therasuit method will evaluate your child and design a customized program to accomplish specific goals. A typical day includes warm-up, massage, and stretching; strengthening and muscle isolation using weights for resistance; proprioceptive and vestibular work using the Spider; and functional work on sitting, standing, walking, and transitions. At the completion of your child's three-week session, you will receive a home program with color photos, easy instructions, and training to maintain your child's progress. Children 3 years old or above with neuromuscular issues due to diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, spina bifada, and Rett syndrome are usually good candidates for intensive therapy. Other diagnoses that are treatable include autism spectrum disorders and down syndrome. Precautions are taken for any medical or orthopedic issues such as hip subluxation. You can schedule an evaluation to determine if your child is a candidate for intensive therapy and/or to gain information for a possible strengthening or intense therapy program by calling 513/232-5327 or emailing

The fee for 45 hours of physical therapy, including the evaluation, discharge plan, and home program is $5500.00. A deposit of $1000.00 is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is paid on first day of session. Click on picture to start video about Suit Therapy.
| Parent Testimonials "Referrals and research led us to Leap Beyond Therapy....After completing the program, the results have been impressive. Kyle is mobile! The milestones he has achieved so far at Leap Beyond Therapy have given him greater confidence and a higher self-esteem. Not only did we find an excellent therapy program but we found a community that will help Kyle reach his goals for years to come." Caren and Walt Wiegand "Sidney can now walk short distances with someone just holding onto her arm. We can not believe that Sidney is even trying to walk up the stairs. Sidney is able to stand up by herself from the floor. This is a girl that could only take a just a few steps when we started. Thank you Leap Beyond Therapy for making such a difference in our family's life. We can never thank you enough for your support and encouragement. We now believe that anything is possible with lots of hard work, and some help from our 'friends'" The Barnes "I was impressed with how organized the program was. By the third week of intense therapy, Shelby was able to stand in her gait trainer. The therapist and I both wanted to cry! Before intense PT, Shelby would have crumpled to the floor in the trainer or bucked in protest. The people at Leap Beyond Therapy are dedicated to seeing their clients reach their full potential."
